This recipe is an eye-opener for those who find sweet potatoes cloyingly sweet dislike them smothered in marshmallows or brown sugar. Adding sugar negates the nutritional value of the sweet potato.
Wash the sweet potatoes and bake them whole, in their skins, at 400 degrees until tender, about 40 minutes.
Remove skins, place in Vita-mix with chopped apple and avocado.
Add water, cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt
Blend until smooth and hot about 2 minutes
