Instructions
In the center of a pita, spread some hummus, from one side to the other.
Add some of the Tabbouleh salad, & some roquette.
Wrap up in a tight roll, place a toothpick every 5cm.
Cut in between each toothpick, & lay the pinwheels on a platter to serve.
Notes
Serving suggestion for this recipe is the
kale and pecorino tart
