Here is a tempting recipe to entice even the most ardent oat detractor, Overnight Oats brings together the perfect base for a breakfast. Allowing you to add the topping or toppings of your choice, the versatility of this recipe is what I love about it.

  • 90 grams uncooked oatmeal
  • 250 ml plant-based milk
  • 60 ml plant-based yogurt


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl or container and stir until well mixed.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Remove in the morning, stir again, add any desired toppings such as fresh fruit, granola, or nut butter.
